MARCH ON WASHINGTON 9/12

We went to Washington, and America’s TEA (TAXED ENOUGH ALREADY) CITIZENS overwhelmed the Washington space between the Freedom Plaza and the Capitol!  It has been estimated that at least 1.2 million folks came from all 50 states and joined the rally on the grassroots area in front of the Capitol.  How Fitting!

When we return from Washington in the next 24 hours or so we’ll have photos from the March on Washington.  We delivered your petitions, visiting legislative offices.  We walked the walk, and we talked the talk, peacefully, calmly and with incredible determination.

We’ll have an email report out to all of you also, once the group comes back down to earth.  Our ears are ringing with the singing, speeches, sights of signs and flags, and historically unforgettable buildings and memorials.  We did great, MOORE TEA CITIZENS – over 50 of you that we know of traveled by bus and car to Washington, and you were part of the amazing quilt of Americans who are MAD AS HELL AND NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANY MORE!

If you went, send your comments below – we’ll post them!

Thanks for standing up and speaking out!

By the way, we cannot estimate crowds like the DC Police can – but they told us and many others they estimated 1.2 million Americans were in the crowds today.  A blanket of protesters stretched as far as we could see.   Link here for more citizen comments!

One Response to MARCH ON WASHINGTON 9/12

  1. Irwin says:

Americans of all ages, sizes and persuasions flooded the mile and a quarter between Freedom Plaza and the Capitol. We saw countless signs, flags from every state, babies. Even a few dogs paraded, peacefully, one with a sign that read, “Don’t Tread On Me!” Cheering and singing patriotically added to the unforgettably impressive day’s walk on the Capitol.
